How to Meditate easier with EFT

March 5, 2014

Meditation helps you achieve inner calm, it still's the mind, which makes you more in control of your thoughts and gives you a sense of well-being. It will bring great benefits that you will notice right away, as things you have been wanting will start showing up. This is because you have already intended them, and whilst you are meditating you have stopped the negative chatter, which stops the resistance that may be holding it away.

If you practice meditation daily it helps the 'natural flow of life energy', which enhances happiness, health, blissfulness and wisdom. It helps you get the answers to everyday questions by using your intuition. Aim to meditate just 10 - 15 minutes, twice a day. This may sound a lot, but the benefits are so life enhancing and helps bring abundance into every area of your life. Once you have been meditating for about a week, you can bring Visualization in to your routine.

Once you make this part of your daily routine, you will soon realise how powerful it is for your day to day life. To help you relax and be in a mindful state, ready for meditation, follow the EFT script and then when you are ready, do the following: EFT Script to help you meditate.

Simply sit quietly and take a deep breath and begin to tap on EFT points, then say 'I am calm', 'I am calm', I am calm'.

Sit in a comfortable chair, back straight, but relaxed or laying down. Make sure you won't be disturbed for 15 mins.

Close your eyes. Just observe your breathing, keep focused on the breath as this helps your thoughts go.

Imagine breathing in the 'natural flow of life energy'.

The more you practice this the easier it becomes. After 30 days, you should begin to notice positive changes in your life.

Enjoy this beautiful time, just being....
