Reiki can involve hands on healing or distant healing for the recipient to receive the flow of healing energy by receiving it remotely.

How it Works
Experience the power of Reiki energy transmitted across any distance, aimed at restoring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

Once you have booked a sessions, you will receive an email suggesting 3 times for you to choose a suitable time. (I am in UK, so if you are from another country and the there is a time difference, it is great to receive whilst you are sleeping).

Each session will last 30 minutes, so make sure you have are free, where you can sit or lay down and won't be disturbed.

You will receive an email or text message to let you know when the healing is being sent and when it ends.

In the session, you may feel warm, cold, tingling, relaxed and calm. Even if you do have to move and do something, it will not cause any problems, it is just nice for you to be relaxed when the flow of energy is being sent.
Distant Reiki Treatment
Within the healing session will be a Chakra, Meridian and Aura clearing and balancing.

Three Sessions - 30 Minutes - £100
Group healing sessions are a powerful way to receive clearing and balancing, but can benefit you immensely. You will release energy imbalances and blockages with Reiki Energy, Chakra and Meridian balance to help bring harmony and wellbeing in all areas of your life.
All sessions are received distantly, on Mondays weekly, which means, you do not need to do anything at that time, apart from be open to receive the clearing and healing.
Reiki can help release stress, anxiety and unwanted negative habits, allowing you to feel calmer, happier and more successful in life.
Group healing is a powerful way of receiving clearing.
