My journey after being attuned to Reiki, lead me on an amazing path to learning about how the mind works and how the mind and body are connected and how to empower them.

My passion is helping people move forward and make changes in their lives. But my journey about healing the mind, letting go of stress and anxiety and creating a happier life, I found fascinating.  I read many books, did courses, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EmoTrance, Quantum touch, (which are all energy healing techniques) and adding 'The Law of Attraction' which I first learned about in Reiki and then reading 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne (my favourite book for inspiration).

I would like to share some personal development tips that have helped me with the demanding world that we live in today.

I found EFT can get to the heart of issues quite quickly, so please download 'How to tap' and learn about EFT, which is like acupuncture but without the needles.  It is simply a healing technique of tapping 8 acupressure points on the face and upper body, whilst repeating an affirmation.  Once you have learned these points, then you can begin to make changes in your life.
