Here are some techniques that I will have shown you in your introductory session on how to do Peaceful breathing, and EFT/tapping. I will guide you throughout the sessions with which techniques to add each week, in your healing reports that you will receive. Try to do these techniques daily to help you make the changes faster and easier.
