Thankyou for joining the Peaceful Eating Programme. I am so pleased to support you along the way, to help you make great changes with your relationship to food, release stress, balance your body systems and to align to your ideal weight.

 

Here are some techniques that I will have shown you in your introductory session on how to do Peaceful breathing, and EFT/tapping. I will guide you throughout the sessions with which techniques to add each week, in your healing reports that you will receive. Try to do these techniques daily to help you make the changes faster and easier.
