Weekly Group Quantum Reiki

 

Group healing is a beautiful way to receive clearing negative imbalances in a gentle way. You will receive pendulum activations, energy healing and Quantum Reiki sessions every week on Mondays at 10am GMT. You do not need to do anything, apart from just allow this healing. (No video, just connect with the energy from the Facebook post or Whatsapp Group).

The main focus will be to release stress, negative self talk and regulate your nervous system to restore a calm and peaceful mind. You can also create 3 intentions, that you would like to achieve.

Once I have created a calming and healing space, I do group Quantum Healing and activations each day, this is a powerful way of downloading positive affirmations for your highest and greatest good. This can help you keep focused on your goal easier.

Each week there will be:

​

• Intention activations & clearing to balance the nervous system

• Chakra cleanse & balance

• Meridian clearing and balancing

• Raising level of consciousness to above 500 for love and joy

• Pendulum alchemy to clear blocks, self sabotage and resistance to live in flow

• Quantum Reiki & Heart Energy Healing 

 

Each of these healings with be sent with 'for your highest good'. This will always work with your subconscious, to make sure you that everything is right for you, and if it isn't then nothing will happen. Everything sent is with love and light and can do no harm.​

We become a safe collective, on our journey at this time, that we are supporting each other and with that we are able to allow the healing and let go of our unwanted and unhealthy behaviours in a safe and beautiful group.

Before each session, set the intention toward where you would like the Quantum Reiki to be focused. Below are six Harmony Codes, so you can pick any amount and either hold the code within your heart, or send it in the Whatsapp or Facebook group. 

 

Harmony Codes:

 

1. Code: LIGHT - For the physical "stuck" - headaches, migraines, gut issues, chronic pain.

2. Code: FLOW - For the emotional "stuck" - forgiveness, old resentments, heartbreak.

3. Code: CLARITY - For the mental "stuck" brain fog, looping thoughts, overthinking, procrastination.

4. Code: NOURISH - Specifically for the emotional eating loop.

5. Code: RADIANCE - For going out, being seen, better relationships, and attracting supportive partner.

6. Code: ABUNDANCE: For scarcity and lack, worrying about money, breakthrough to next level of earnings.
