My Story: How the Healing Hub Was Born
For most of my life I struggled with anxiety and overthinking everything.
But when emotions hit — stress, overwhelm, overthinking, outer pressures — I found myself just surviving life.
I felt more defeated and a failure.
Nothing changed… until I found energy healing.
The turning point
One day I realised something powerful:
I didn’t need more time alone to escape these feelings...
I needed regulation.
I needed emotional support.
I needed tools that actually calmed my system.
So I began tapping and doing a simple breathing technique — first every so often, then consistently.
I added simple breathing techniques to soothe the stress I was feeling in the moment.
At first, it was just small moments of peace.
And the more I tapped & breathed and did energy healing, the more my entire life began shifting.
It didn’t just help my emotional state — it helped everything

My anxiety settled

My sleep improved

My food cravings quietened

My self-talk softened

My nervous system and body felt calmer and more grounded

I felt more in control, more aligned, more me
I realised I wasn’t needing to fix my outer pressures —
