I'm Suzanne,
For many years I struggled with feelings with anxiety, overthinking everything, with my body feeling tense and often migraine headaches and felt disconnected from my body. I tried to control my eating to feel better, but it often led to me feeling deprived and then ended with me eating even more food than before I began healthy eating. I felt emotionally exhausted.
I knew there had to be another way.
That's when I discovered energy healing and began to combine a few techniques and started to get to the root of my issues and also it really helped me take control of my emotional eating. I was able to find out what my body and emotional were really trying to tell me.
Through this process, I began to uncover layers of unhealed emotions, and subconscious beliefs that were silently shaping my relationship with food and my body. As I cleared these, my anxiety, eased and migraines disappeared and my connection with food completely transformed.
This programme was created from my journey - to help others find the same freedom, peace and balance that I did.
My passion is to help women release the root causes of stress and anxiety, as it plays such a big role in many illnesses, overeating and general wellbeing.

Most diets simply focus on cutting down on what you eat and adding more exercise. This is all good but it doesn't deal with the emotional issues that underline the extra weight or eating habits that have been created. If the 'emotional issues' aren't dealt with, you will lose the weight, but then often put it all back on again, leaving you feeling like a failure, hopeless, and unhappy.
We can align our bodies to a natural weight and change the relationship we have with food by releasing trapped emotions about how we feel about our weight and body shape. We can find out what it is that is driving us to overeat and crave certain foods.

Peaceful Eating Programme
This method is an in-depth step by step programme that can clear past trauma and beliefs that are contributing to your need to overeat and weight issues.
This is a beautiful opportunity to heal yourself and will change other areas of your life too.
All sessions are received remotely and a full report will be sent after the session. Although this may sound a little 'Woo', it is a very accurate and effective way to receive the treatment. It is similar to how we receive the internet. I connect to your subconscious with your name and date of birth and and through muscle testing, can receive yes/no answers. I use charts to find the trapped emotions, beliefs, energetic imbalances and release them and repattern new positive energies. Everything is for your highest good.
