If you would just like me to begin the sessions, please email me your issues you would like to focus on. You don't need to give great detail, but if I need to know more, I will ask.

All sessions are completed remotely/email and I will send you the full report after the session. If you have booked a package, I will do sessions weekly, usually on the same day each week.
