Follow the tapping audio's below daily. Choose one or two that resonate with you and repeat it a few times and notice how much calmer you feel. There is no need to rush the tapping meditations.
Also listen to the daily meditation for relaxation and to gently change your relationship with how you feel about yourself and emotional eating.
