This space was created to help you feel safe, supported and gently guided as you let go of stress, anxiety and heal your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
There is no pressure here.
No perfection.
No rules to get "right".
Only small, safe steps back to calm.

You don't need to do everything at once. ​​ This is a safe space for you to come back to whenever you need:

Where to begin...
​
1. Setting your intentions - decide on what you are really wanting to achieve. I would suggest to choose 2-3 intentions.
2. How to Tap - learn the tapping techniques; 'Tap & Release', 'Silent Tapping' & 'Affirmation Tapping'
3. Breathwork - this is so simple, but it can really help you calm your nervous system help you feel less stressed and anxious, especially when you do it throughout the day.

These are the 3 most important parts of the process.

Once you are familiar with these healing techniques, then you can begin the guided tapping meditations, 'Anxiety & Inner Critic', 'Align & Shine' or '8-Week Peaceful Eating Tapping'. ​​​
