WEEK 2: Releasing Emotional Blocks & Deepening Nervous System Regulation

 

Welcome to Week 2

​

This week, we’ll build on last weeks practices and focus on identifying and releasing emotional blocks. You'll learn how emotions get stored in the body and how to clear them using advanced Heart-Focused Breathing and EFT for emotional release.

​

Here's what to do this week:

​

1. Practice Gratitude-Based Heart-Focused Breathing. GRATITUDE HEART FOCUSED BREATHING

​

2. Tapping audio's to lower stress, anxiety and inner critic. TAPPING AUDIO'S

Tap along with the Guided Tapping audio's.

​

3. Receive Body and Belief Code Session 2 - Releasing deep rooted fears​

This session will clear subconscious fears and safety beliefs. Journal any emotions that surface afterwards.
