I am so happy you are here. This is the first step toward greater freedom, peace and control in your relationship with food. Through this energy healing process, we will work together to reduce or even eliminate the cravings that have been holding you back.

To get started, I need a bit of personal information. This will help me to tailor the healing sessions specifically to you.
1. Your Top 2 Cravings Foods
Please make a list of up to 2 Foods or drinks that you crave the most and would like to reduce or eliminate from your life. If you can, name the specific food item and think about what it is that you like about it, is it the sweetness, saltiness, crunch, creamy texture and the specific brand if you find you always have to have a certain one.
Examples:

Dairy milk chocolate, Kit-kat, Mars, Bounty etc.

Cheese and onion, ready salted, salt and vinegar crisps/potato chips, hula hoops, etc.

Ice cream, vanilla, toffee, caramel, chocolate, choc chip, etc.

White bread, crusty, soft, rolls, brown, granary, French bread etc.

Cakes and pastries, cupcakes, carrot cake, sponge, fruit, chocolate, or vanilla slice, tea cake, almond croissant, doughnut, iced bun, etc.

Drinks, Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Tea, Coffee, Beer, Wine(although there may be other imbalances happening with alcohol that need to be addressed) etc.
2. When You Crave Them
For each food or drink item, note when you usually crave them. This helps me target the emotional or energetic patterns behind each craving.

Once you submit your list, I will begin the energy healing work to gently clear the underlying causes of your cravings.
