Welcome to 7 Week Emotional Eating & Weight Release.  

 

Although I have created this as a 7 week programme, please take it slowly and if you need to focus on one week over a few weeks, then it is much better to do so.  Also the wording is just for guidance, please change the words to suit you more and if the tapping doesn't resonate with you, then just move onto the next one. But sometimes even just tapping along and tuning into your issue, which can be something completely different, can clear your problems too.

SO all I suggest, is that you tap each day for about 15 minutes and notice how you feel.
