Weight Loss EFT Starter Kit

EFT is so simple yet powerful, once you have learned the tapping points you will be able to use it for many issues.  You need to tune into the situation, gently tap on each point about 8 times and repeat the affirmation, whilst tuning into the emotion.

  • Karate Chop - KC

  • Top of Head - TH

  • Eyebrow - EB

  • Side of eye - SE

  • Under Eye - UE

  • Under Nose - UN

  • Chin - CH

  • Collar Bone - CB

  • Under Arm - UA

 

 

1. What do you want to tap on? For example: "I feel so angry that John forgot my birthday today” Try to be specific with your wording and give an emotion.

 

2. Give it an intensity rating from 0-10 (0 being lowest 10 being highest)

3. Where do you feel it in your body?

4. What colour is it?

5. What shape is it?

 

6. Tap all the points whilst tuning into the emotion.

  • CH - Chin – I feel so angry

  • CB - Collar Bone – I feel so angry

  • UA - Under Arm - I feel so angry

 

7. Think of the issue and rate the intensity again. 0-10

 

8. Tap until it is at least 1 or 2 intensity.  If you find it isn't changing then leave that one and move to another issue and come back later.  It may clear after the first round, or it may take 5 or 10 rounds.
