What is the Law of Attraction?

You can create the life of your dreams by using 'The Law of Attraction'.   By using The Law of Attraction, you will attract into your life whatever you focus on.  So if you focus on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract more good and positive things.

If you focus on the lack and negativity then that is what you will be attracting into your life.  What you think about today, creates your future. 

By feeling excited, enthusiastic, happy or appreciative, then you are sending out positive energy.   If you are feeling bored, stressed out, or angry, then you are sending out negative energy.  By learning to guide your thoughts and emotions to being happy and positive and responding differently to situations or problems, you will attract the things you want.

If you are having a bad day, things just aren't going right and you feel angry or frustrated then this will bring more negative things to make you even more angry and frustrated.  

When you understand the Law of Attraction, you will start to notice when you are creating the bad things, so you can then change your thought patterns to be more positive, then you can begin to create a better life.

You are like a magnet, literally attracting the things, people, ideas and circumstances to you by the thoughts you are sending out.  You can attract money, people, ideas, things anything you can imagine.  Your thoughts are powerful.

You will need to let go of any negative mental programming and start to think positively, have a healthy self-image and belief system.  Beliefs are habitual memories that replay in your mind.  These have been learned from your parents or teachers or life experiences; luckily these can be changed and turned around.  By using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you will be able to re-program your mind to think positively and then you will be attracting the positive things into your life.
