How to Build Confidence & Self-esteem by changing your beliefs with EFT

In most of my coaching session, the main issue that clients come to me for is belief in themselves and self-esteem.  

throughout our lives we are bombarded by negative situations, or people telling us that we aren't good enough, or beautiful enough, or make us feel stupid. this all just adds layers on top of layers of negativity about ourselves.  By gradually letting go of negative beliefs that we have collected along the way, we can clear them with EFT and ThetaHealing easily and begin to make a difference in our outlook to life.

 

If you would like to start building new positive beliefs, allowing you to have a better outlook on life and how you feel about yourself then follow this simple tapping script every day for a couple of weeks and you will notice how you feel a lot better about yourself and things will begin to change in your life and new people will be attracted to you too.

 

if you don't know the tapping points, I have a free e-book for reference on this website.  Once you have learnt the points then you can follow along with any of the scripts on this blog.

 

If you choose to tap along, you must take full responsibility for yourself. Gently tap each point about 8 times, whilst saying out loud the affirmation. Take deep breaths and make sure you drink water after.
