Have your intention and what you are going to visualise ready.
Start by taking slightly deeper breaths and imagine you are breathing into your heart, and then breathing out of your heart. This is connecting to your heart centre and helps you stay focused better.
As you feel yourself relaxing, have a gentle smile on your face, this helps you to feel calmer and more joyful.
When you feel relaxed, begin by saying your intention and visualising yourself having achieved it already. You can do this for as long as you like and as many times throughout the day.
