4 Week Programme

Thankyou for joining the Mind Body Harmony Programme. I am so pleased to support you along the way, to make great changes with managing your stress and anxiety, overthinking and balance your nervous system to support immune system, digestive system and allow your body to function better.

There are some techniques that have shown to help greatly in calming the nervous system easily. They are Heart Focused breathing, and EFT/tapping. I will guide you throughout the sessions with what techniques to do each week. Try to do the techniques daily.​

The energy healing sessions will be applied weekly and completed remotely, which means you do not need to be present. You can go about your day as normal and I will connect with you for your highest good and use muscle testing to receive information and clear energetic blockages safely. You will then receive a report of what was released, with affirmations.

​

There may be processing time for 2-3 days after your session, where you may feel a little tired, or emotional. Often there are no noticeable effects apart from feeling calmer, more grounded and present. Drink water and rest if you feel the need.

The more we raise our feelings through breathing techniques,  the better we feel and our stress baseline moves lower, helping the body be more heart and brain coherent, allowing us to be able to recover from illness, enjoy life more, make changes in our lives, for the better, have happier relationships, and manifest much easier.
