Tapping is an amazing self-help healing tool that can help transform all these issues. You will make great changes in all areas of your life if you take this powerful journey into the mind and begin to let go of what is blocking you from being your ideal weight and most of all feel confident in your body!

Stress is one of the main problems, so tapping on this each day, can help you feel so much calmer and confident.  This is why I have created an online membership hub, which can be followed as if you have a virtual Coach/Mentor or if you would prefer, I offer a more intense one to one coaching Membership, which includes the Tap Away Hub too.

Each option will support you to bring tapping into your everyday life as if it is a workout at the gym.  You will make profound changes, not just in your looks but your inner harmony too.

There are no diet plans or recipes as there are many fantastic books out there to make interesting meals, this is working from the inside which diet books don't deal with, this is why diets work for a short while and then you find you go back to your old eating patterns and put the weight back on.

By applying tapping for just 15 minutes a day, you can make great transformations, in a short time.  You can listen to the tapping audios or read them straight from your phone/computer and tap​.

We will work together in reducing stress levels. Find out which limiting beliefs are holding you back from achieving your weight loss goal and change them to be supportive beliefs.

This is not a program about about how much exercise you do or depriving you of certain foods, its about taking control of your emotions and stress to help you feel calmer and happier inside.

What you will achieve in your coaching sessions:


Food cravings are a large part of weight loss. Tapping is an amazing way to eliminate cravings of chocolate, crisps, cake, etc. We will look at what food you go to first and look at when it started and tap it away, so you can eat that food, but don't feel the urgency to eat it.

We will also work on when you started putting the weight on and past diet failures, to set you up for success.

Emotional Eating

Emotions drive you to eat, it may be in the moment stress or a past trauma, a habit or pattern that can be changed with tapping.

Other Peoples Opinions

Throughout our past, we will have heard hurtful things people have said to us, especially when we were growing up.  These stay with us and replay in our minds, even without us knowing it.  this is another trigger that drives us to eat when we aren't physically hungry.


Beliefs of 'I am not good enough' or 'I am always going to be fat, its in my genes' are not helpful beliefs, but these can be unravelled and tapped away and then you can build new beliefs, for example, 'I can eat whatever I want, without putting weight on' or 'I am always slim and healthy'. Making it so much easier to let go of your excess weight.


Stress can create so much upset in your body, it can keep you from letting go of your excess weight as hormones are triggered in your body, keeping you feeling constantly hungry. We will work together on what stresses you, even if you feel you aren't stressed, you may be surprised at how you feel when you are truly relaxed and calm.

  • I may suggest doing some homework and tapping in between sessions to help you achieve success.
